Definitions

 1. In this document:

User Obligations

6. The User will take reasonable steps to ensure that other people apart from her or himself can access the website’s subscriber-only content using their username and password. To avoid doubt, any intentional sharing of username and passwords is a breach of the terms of the License and gives rise the the publisher revoking that Licence without notice and a potential award in damages.

Obligations of the publisher, Captcha Media Ltd

10. The publisher, Captcha Media Ltd, will take reasonable steps to ensure that the service is continuous and that access to this website is not interrupted. However, due to the nature of the internet, this cannot be guaranteed.

The exception provided is in cases where material may be used in a legal dispute or proceedings.

Cancellation Policy

14. The contract between the publisher, Captcha Media Ltd, and the User is formed when the user has received email confirmation of payment for a subscription. Subscriptions may not be refunded in full. Due to the nature of content, the publisher views that content is consumed once is it accessible. However, in some circumstances, such as when a subscription has been placed by error or fraud or in other situations which in the view of the publisher may be justified, a full or partial refund may be available at the publisher’s discretion. If a User wishes to request a full or partial refund, they must contact the publisher directly to request this.

15. The publisher, Captcha Media Ltd, reserves the right to change the price of subscriptions from time to time. 

16. The publisher, Captcha Media Ltd, may change or withdraw part or all of any service at its discretion.

 Jurisdiction

 18. These terms are governed by English law and users and visitors submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
